Public resource pages can be viewed without submitting personal information. When interactive assessment or contact tools are made available, they will explain what information is requested and how it is used before submission.
How information may be used
Information submitted through a homeowner assessment may be used to prepare educational guidance, respond to a requested consultation, maintain records of the request, and protect the security and reliability of the service. It is not a guarantee of any loan, legal, financial, or real estate outcome.
Sensitive information
Do not submit Social Security numbers, passwords, bank login credentials, credit card details, or complete financial account numbers. We do not ask for those items through the homeowner assessment.
Private links
A homeowner who receives a secure personalized assessment link should not share it. These links use long, unguessable tokens and may expire or be invalidated.
Updates
This notice may be updated as public assessment and contact features are introduced. Material practices will be described on the relevant page.
